In its unwavering attempt to ensure energy security in the nation, Nigeria had announced plans to launch a roadmap for hydrogen gas production. The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), Chief Ekperikpe Ekpo, made this announcement.
Ekpo, further explained that the development is in line with the commitment of the Tinubu led administration to exploring the full potential of the country’s natural gas resources, for the nation’s development.
Ekpo at the American Energy Summit in New Orleans, said the federal government was committed to partnering with genuine investors, to achieve its motive.
The minister took to his official X handle to say, “The federal government is committed to partnering with genuine investors in unlocking the full potential of the country’s natural gas resource for national growth and development. Nigeria is set to launch a road map for hydrogen gas production project, a move that would ensure energy security for the country.”
