The Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi has stressed the role of the petroleum media in showcasing the sector’s achievements. He described the media as an essential partner in implementing development strategies and sustaining success.
Speaking at a press conference at Assiut Oil Refining Company (ASORC) during his visit to the Assiut Petroleum region, Badawi highlighted the significance of reporting on new innovations, project developments, and success stories. He stressed the media’s role in conveying these narratives effectively.
Badawi also emphasized his and other leaders’ commitment to listening to employees, encouraging them to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards. He advocated for ongoing dialogue with petroleum companies and staff to boost production, leverage human resources, and foster teamwork.
